The library implements the curator responsibility system under the leadership of the principal in charge, and consists of seven working departments: editing department, literature lending department of the headquarters, literature lending department of the East Campus, information service department, system technology department, teaching material service department and office. There are nearly 100 employees, including 46 with bachelor degree or above, full-time senior title 1 person, deputy senior title 15 person and intermediate title 24 people. My major involves library and information science, metallurgy, machinery, automation, computer, mathematical chemistry, accounting, management, file secretarial, language and literature.

Over the years, the library has continuously strengthened its service awareness, optimized its business processes, gradually established a management and operation system that adapts to the development of the situation and takes into account its own characteristics, implemented post appointment and fulfilled post responsibilities, established a relatively stable, reasonable flow, competitive and effective incentive employment mechanism, enhanced collective cohesion, and carried forward the excellent library spirit of "hard work and dedication". Guided by Scientific Outlook on Development, relying on rich literature resources, good facilities and modern technical means, the library will thoroughly implement the "people-oriented" service concept, constantly explore new service areas, improve service level, and strive to meet the demand of teaching and scientific research for literature information.
