It depends on the company and position you are applying for. Like our college, if you apply for a designer, you can look at a drawing. If you want to deepen the design, you can learn CAD. If you want to make renderings, you can understand CAD and master 3D. Therefore, the key is not what software you know, but what you are proficient in, and I think people who just graduated will care about the proficiency of the software. In fact, what is more important is your mastery of certain professional knowledge. Software is just a tool.
