The new library (No.6 Fuxi Road) implements the Ninth Five-Year Plan, that is, from 9: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. (the book lending department arranges internally on Monday and is closed to the public), and the study room opens at 8:30-2 1:30;

The Children's Library (No.26 Yulong Road) is open according to the original reception hours, that is, 8: 30 am-1:30 am and 2: 30 pm-6 pm (8: 30 am-1:30 pm in summer).
