A brief history of the development of university libraries
/kloc-medieval universities appeared in Europe in the 0/2 century. With the expansion of university scale, university libraries are gradually established and developed. The libraries of Paris University and Oxford University are regarded as the pioneers of European university libraries. Paris University was founded around 1 150. Around 1257, the godfather Sorbonne (120 1 ~ 1274) donated money to establish the Sorbonne College of Paris University and his own.
