Confucius and Mencius have never been a librarian. Laozi is the librarian. Confucius was a thinker, politician and educator in ancient China. He is the founder of Confucianism. He is a representative of Confucianism after Confucius and before Xunzi. Mencius advocated benevolent governance and first put forward the idea of valuing the people and despising the monarch. His main ideas are benevolence, righteousness and goodness.
