(1) Open the library management database where you want to create a report.
(2) In the database window, click the report option in the object list, and then click the New button in the toolbar to open the New Report dialog box.
(3) In the new report dialog box, select "Automatically create report: table format" option; In the list box for selecting a data source table or query, select the data source Class table required for the report.
(4) Click OK, and the system will automatically create a "tabular" report, displaying all fields of each record on the same line.
