In the early script of Star Wars, Leia was a very young girl-/kloc-a princess of 0/4 years old, which is the age of Queen Amidala in The Phantom Menace. In the early version of Star Wars, Leia was the spoiled daughter of King Kairos and Queen Brega on Aquila. In later drafts, Leia was described as the daughter of Bell Antille, and the name "Organa" was used as the name of her hometown, a peaceful planet: the great Organa. Later drafts were renamed, so Leia Augener became from Audland.

The marriage between Leia and han solo appeared in 1995 in the book Proposing to Princess Leia, which was published by Banjiao Book Company and written by Dave wolverton. In the book Inheritance of the Empire, written by Timothy Zane (Bantan Books, 199 1), Leia is pregnant with twins. In the last sequence (Bantan Books, 1993, written by Zane), she gave birth to Jenna Solo and jacen solo. Her third child, anakin solo, was born in the comic series dark empire published by Dark Horse Comics Company.

However, with the derivative works classified as legends, Leia's experience after the Battle of Endor has also undergone tremendous changes.
