Computer information management has many advantages such as large storage capacity and high speed, which provides us with timely and fast information processing. The book management system refers to a computer application that provides the library and its subordinate departments with the collection, storage, processing, extraction and data communication capabilities of book information by using electronic computers and network communication equipment in the process of book management, and can meet the various functional requirements of all authorized users for information.
This paper analyzes the research status of book management system at home and abroad; This paper expounds ASP technology and Access database technology, and describes the overall process, system functions and database design of the library management system of Computer College. Using ASP and B/S structure, the book management system of computer college is realized. Its main function is the management of adding, querying, browsing, deleting and modifying books and the management of related book users, which can facilitate librarians to manage huge information.

The library management system has the functions of collecting book information, saving data, processing data and extracting data.
This paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of library management system. This paper introduces ASP and Access database technology. The overall flow chart and system functions of the system design scheme are described. This paper realizes the library management system based on B/S structure. The functions of the book management system include book addition, query, browsing, deletion and modification, and the management of book users. This will facilitate the librarian to manage the huge information.
