In July 2003, as a key practical project in 2004, the foundation stone was laid for the new Kunshan Library. The new library is located in the prime location of the city, and it is one of the most advanced public libraries in county-level cities in China. It was completed on June 28th, 2005, with an area of1.2000 square meters, a building area of1.8600 square meters and a cost of 65438.
