The first Yuzhong Ice and Snow Festival in Lanzhou, China was held in Erlongshan Scenic Area (formerly Shimen Resort) and Xinglong Mountain Ski Resort in Yuzhong on February 20th, 2012.
13 the national college track and field championship was held in northwest university for nationalities (Yuzhong campus) from July 22 to 27, 20 13. This is the first time that colleges and universities in Gansu Province and Northwest China have hosted national college sports events.
