Introduction to Stanford University Library
The library of Stanford University not only has more than 6.5 million books, but also has all been computerized. This is the second largest campus library in America. Stanford University was founded by Leland Stanford in 1885, and its enrollment began in 189 1. At the beginning of the school, 3000 books were collected as the original collection of the school library. Due to the slow development in the early days of its establishment, the number of books in the library has also grown slowly. However, through the efforts of the library itself and the support of the school, especially after Stanford University got rid of the financial crisis, the library began to enter a period of steady development.
