Our library has seven affiliated institutions, including office, editorial department, circulation department, reading department, periodical department, technical service department and literature teaching and research section, and has a library and information work team with reasonable structure, high quality and wholehearted service for readers. The library currently has 57 staff members, 48 of whom have college education or above, accounting for 84.2% of the staff, 8 with senior titles, 23 with intermediate titles and 0/5 with junior titles. There are 13 staff in the reference room of each teaching college, including 12 with college education or above, accounting for 92.3% of the librarians.

During the period of 1978, the school set up a library and information work committee, with the principal in charge as the director of the committee, as a business guidance and consulting organization, to co-ordinate the library and information work of the school. 200 1 the establishment of college students' reading club has built a bridge for the library to communicate information with readers and provided a garden for studying science and studying the art of reading. From basic design and construction to reader service, the library has established a set of relatively perfect rules and regulations, and all the work has rules to follow, which ensures the normal operation of the work.
