Based on the situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control and the actual work, after research, Hebei Library will further expand the open area, raise the upper limit of library admission reservation, and carry out time-limited and time-limited reservation services in some areas from August 1 1 2008 on the premise of doing all kinds of prevention and control measures well.

First, the opening hours remain unchanged.

Every Tuesday to Sunday, from 9: 00 am to 1 1: 00, and from 14: 00 pm to 16: 00 pm. On Monday, internal arrangements were closed to the public as usual.

Second, the increase of open areas.

On the basis of the original open area "front desk, lobby on the first floor of Area A, newspaper reading room on the first floor of Area A (only open from Tuesday to Sunday 14:00- 16:00, limited to 20 people), periodical lending area on the south side of the second floor of Area A, and ordinary book lending area on the third floor of Area A", a "children's book lending area" and multimedia reading are added.

Third, improve the reservation access control process.

During the epidemic prevention and control period, in order to ensure a safe social distance, our library continued to implement appointment and current restriction measures. The maximum number of readers entering the library every day will be increased to 1500, and it will be temporarily closed to young readers under 6 years old.

(1) Literature borrowing: In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, our library will only provide readers with reader's cards, borrowing and returning ordinary Chinese books and popular periodicals, and reading Chinese newspapers (only one person is allowed at each reading table), and will not provide in-house reading and self-study services for books and periodicals for the time being.

(2) Literature return: Books are returned at the self-service lending machine, and periodicals are returned to the periodical lending area on the south side of the second floor of Area A. If you just go through the formalities of returning books without entering the library, you can return books by the staff at the entrance of the library area. Our library will provide services after centralized disinfection of returned documents every day.

(3) Online services: During the epidemic prevention and control period, our library will provide online services, such as digital resource inquiry and download, online lectures, online exhibitions, etc. through our website and official WeChat account, and will not hold offline lectures, training, reading activities and other personnel gathering activities for the time being.

(4) Extended exemption: Readers' extended documents will not be regarded as breach of contract because of epidemic prevention and control and closed period.

(1) Readers need to make an appointment in advance through the real name of the official WeChat account of Hebei Library (the instructions for the use of the reservation system are attached). Older readers and disabled readers over 65 can make an appointment by phone in advance (03 1 1-8662278). During the epidemic, our library only opened the south gate and the east gate. Readers can enter the library with the reservation code or ID card (telephone reservation staff) and the green health code.

(2) Readers who come to the library should wear masks and take their temperature. People whose body temperature is higher than 37.3 degrees or who have obvious respiratory symptoms refuse to enter the museum. If you feel unwell after entering the library, please immediately notify the staff for emergency treatment.

(3) After entering the library, readers should consciously keep a distance of more than 1.5m from others. Please minimize their stay in the library and leave as soon as possible after returning the loan.

(4) During the epidemic prevention and control period, our library only opened 1 elevator for readers with mobility difficulties such as the elderly and the disabled.

(5) Our library will try its best to disinfect the facilities, equipment and documents in the library area, open windows for ventilation, provide hand washing disinfection gel at the entrance of the library area, and provide hand sanitizer with disinfection function in the toilet for readers to use.
