Ingredients: egg 1 piece, 250g of white rice shrimp.
Seasoning: salt, blended oil, flour.
1. Wash the white rice shrimp and drain the water.
2. Beat in the eggs.
3. Add proper amount of wheat flour and salt.
4. Stir well to make shrimp paste.
5. Heat the oil in the electric baking pan, make the shrimp paste into a cake, cover it and fry it.
6. Fry one side and then the other.
