What's the difference between donating and not donating?
Donation is a legal act of both parties. For example, a lonely old man gave his property to a young man and asked the young man to fulfill his maintenance obligations. If the young people accept the donation and fulfill the conditions attached to the donation, the old people can withdraw the donation according to law. For another example, a publishing group donated a batch of books to a township cultural station, requesting to open them to the villagers on a regular basis. If the cultural station department does not trust to cash in after acceptance, the publishing group can take back the books. Donation is unilateral and voluntary, with no strings attached.
