During the day, find an empty place, such as a field, yell hard, say what you usually want to say but it's hard to say, and scold those who want to scold but dare not.

Go out for a walk at night, buy a pack of cheap cigarettes and a bottle of coke, and think about the problem while walking, thinking about the worst result first, and then thinking about the others. When you can't figure it out, smoke a few mouthfuls, drink a few mouthfuls of cola, and then think about it. You don't have to come up with any results. Walk for an hour or two. If you are tired, go home and sleep.

This is my way. It varies from person to person.

If you have a good friend, you'd better ask him to help you, talk and see if there is any way. It's always better to say it.
