The library is open 365 days a year. The library has service windows such as newspaper reading room, electronic reading room, children's reading room, special collection reading room, local literature reading room and literature retrieval room, with 502 reading seats. In addition to providing readers and users with books and periodicals, it also provides in-depth literature information services such as information consultation, literature retrieval, intelligence research and subject tracking for government departments, scientific research, educational institutions, enterprises and institutions, as well as social-oriented learning, training and outreach services.
