Shenyang Normal University. According to the announcement of official website of Shenyang Normal University, in order to give full play to the social service function of university libraries and promote the sharing of literature resources, as of July 22, 2023, the library of Shenyang Normal University will continue to provide limited literature information services to the society and open to the outside world. Shenyang Normal University, affiliated to Liaoning Provincial People's Government, was founded in 195 1, formerly known as Northeast Institute of Education, and renamed as shenyang normal College in 1953. It was one of the earliest two undergraduate normal universities in Northeast China at that time.
