Minors who hold Tianfu Health Pass health code and provide reservation QR code make an appointment to enter the library with their resident ID cards. Minors who can't provide their own health code and resident ID card of Tianfu Health Link must be brought in by the guardian holding Tianfu Health Link health code by appointment, and they must register with their real names and fill in the Commitment for Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation in the Library before they can be put into storage.

Readers and disabled people over the age of 60 are required to hold a resident ID card and have their body temperature tested normal, scan the code or register Tianfu Health Link with their real names, and fill out the Letter of Commitment on the Prevention and Control of Epidemic in the Library before entering the library. Readers who cannot make an online reservation for special reasons can make an appointment for the next day by phone. Limited to 50 places per day until the appointment is full.

Luzhou Library will restrict the opening of all service windows and dynamically manage the number of people in the library in real time.
