The library of Shenyang Normal University is not open to the public, because the library of Shenyang Normal University is a student-only library and social readers are not welcome to enter the library. Shenyang Normal University, located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, was organized and supervised by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, and was selected into the "Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Plan" and "Excellent Teachers Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education. It is the first batch of pilot universities in the Ministry of Education to carry out comprehensive reform of professional degree postgraduate education and the second batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
