The library is located on the east side of Harbin Engineering University campus, with Miao Wen Street in front of the library, Majiagou in the east and the teaching and research experimental area next to it, with a total area of 22,000 ㎡ and a total construction area of 5029 1.28㎡ (excluding the stuffy roof part of 3820.12m2), with six floors above ground and one underground. There are more than 2.5 million books. The main building has 6 floors, local 5 floors, and underground 1 floor. The new building has a total construction area of more than 50,000 square meters and a collection of books 1.7 million, which can accommodate more than 5,000 people to read by themselves at the same time.
