1. Readers who hold the "All-in-One Card" reader card of Shanghai Library can borrow at most 10 books and periodicals at a time for 28 days. You can renew it once before it expires, either in the library or on the website of Shanghai Library.
2. If the books are overdue, 0.2 yuan will be charged for each book every day. Readers who hold overdue books or fail to pay overdue fees cannot continue to borrow books. Readers need to return overdue books and pay overdue fees before they can continue to borrow books.
3. At present, Shanghai Library, district and county libraries and street service points are all borrowed and returned from different places. The library can return books 24 hours a day. (Return books during the closing period: please go to the 24-hour self-service book return machine on the M floor).
Please check the books and periodicals carefully when borrowing. If there are any damaged or missing pages, please explain them to the staff and deal with them technically. Please take good care of the borrowed books and periodicals, and don't tear, smear, scratch, write or change them. Please don't lend books and periodicals without going through the borrowing formalities, and offenders will be dealt with according to the Regulations on Compensation for Books and Periodicals.
Please keep your reader's card. If it is accidentally lost, it should be reported to the registry in time. Otherwise, the losses caused by this shall be borne by the readers themselves.
6. If you want to return the card, the reader must go through the formalities of returning the card with ID card, reader's card and deposit certificate, get the deposit, and the registration office will take back the reader's card. In addition to the above documents, those who refund the deposit must also show their ID cards.
7. Disabled people, people over 70 years old and other readers with special circumstances must write a certificate of entrustment if they want to borrow. When borrowing, the trustee must show his ID card, reader's card and the client's entrustment certificate.
