1. Basic introduction: Guangzhou University of Technology Library strives to build a digital, service-oriented and multifunctional modern library around the goal of building a high-level, local, applied and international school. The library is composed of Sanshui Campus Library and Huadu Campus Library, with beautiful environment and first-class facilities. The total area is about 43,000 square meters, the electronic reading room has 50 19 reading seats, 38 study rooms and 280 computers. Open every day 15 hours, open every week 105 hours.
2. Librarian team: the library consists of six departments: office, editorial department, circulation department, periodical department, information technology department and subject service department. There are 3/kloc-0 full-time employees, including 6 masters (4 of whom graduated from library and information science); There are 6 graduate students, 24 undergraduates and junior college students 1 person. There are 4 senior titles and 20 intermediate titles, gradually forming a service team with sufficient quantity, reasonable structure, clear division of labor and relative stability.
3. Book resources: The library has more than 3.32 million paper books, 4,765,438 paper periodicals and 58 electronic resource databases, including about 1.85 million e-books, 9 1.000 electronic periodicals, 4.468 million doctoral dissertations and 0/.068 million audio-visual hours. All electronic resources are open all year round. Teachers and students can use their own accounts to log in to the official accounts of official website or WeChat, and visit, retrieve and download the library on and off campus.
