Chongqing Vocational College of Industry and Commerce is a public full-time ordinary college organized by Chongqing Municipal People's Government and approved by the Ministry of Education, which enrolls students nationwide. Chongqing Vocational College of Industry and Commerce has two campuses, namely, Huayan Campus in Jiulongpo and Hechuan Campus, with a total area of 1339 mu and an existing construction area of 288,000 square meters. Chongqing Vocational College of Industry and Commerce is located in Erlang Science and Technology City, a national high-tech industrial development zone with beautiful environment and vitality in the main urban area of Chongqing.

The two campuses of the college cover an area of 1.300 mu, with a building area of 1.33074 square meters. The college has modern teaching building, comprehensive building, experimental building, high-standard studio, academic lecture hall, student activity center, student apartment, multi-functional gymnasium, basketball court, badminton court and automobile driving training school.

The college library covers an area of 6,899 square meters and has a collection of 355,000 books. The school has seven experimental training centers, including mechanical and electrical engineering technology training center, civil engineering training center, computer operation training center, computer application technology training center, electronic communication technology training center, humanities and social science training center and financial management training center.
