Libraries and university classrooms basically meet all the needs, except that sometimes there is no place far from home, and I can't think of any shortcomings.

Simply want to be quiet, parks, mountains, hospitals, university classrooms, roofs, corridors, underground garages, under overpasses. Places with few people are quiet, and then hospitals and libraries with quiet needs can do it.
