Five viewing modes of word
Page view, reading view, Web layout view, outline view, draft view.

1. Page view: Page view is the most commonly used view mode, which shows the printed appearance of a document, including header, footer, graphic object, column setting, margins and other elements, and is the closest page view to the printed result.

2. Reading view: Reading view is suitable for consulting documents and is displayed in the form of columns of books. You can switch to the reading view through the view tab in the menu bar or the icon in the lower right corner, and there is a triangle arrow icon on the left and right, which is used to page back and forth to consult the document.

3.Web layout view: Web layout view is mainly used to view documents in the form of web pages and display Word documents in the form of web pages. It is suitable for sending emails and creating web pages, especially for Word documents in tabular form.

4. Outline view: Outline view is mainly used to set and display the hierarchical structure of titles, and can easily fold and expand documents of various levels. It is widely used for quick browsing and setting of long Word documents, especially for viewing multi-level documents.

5. Draft view: Draft view only displays the title and text, but does not display the page margins, columns, headers and footers, pictures and other elements, which is the view mode that saves the hardware resources of the computer system most. This view mode is suitable for editing documents quickly and intently.
