The unknown usually comes from spelling. According to the font structure and strokes, the name of Nanjing Library should be Mr. Wu Zhongqi's calligraphy. Nanjing Library was built in 2006, in which Mr. Wu just died. Presumably he was in poor health a few years ago and couldn't write an inscription, so he took words from his calligraphy works and made them.
