The library bureau has a curator, and the management echelon consists of the curator, the director of the administrative department, the director of the collection construction and documentation department, the director of the collection utilization department, the director of the special collection department, the director of the LIBRIS department, and the director of the domestic coordinated development department of BIBSAM.

The supervisory body is chaired by a member of Parliament, and there are also directors of the National Audiovisual Archives, writers, doctors from Stockholm University, nature and culture publishing companies, librarians of Lin Xueping University, directors of the National Pavilion, executive chairman of the State Cultural Affairs Commission, professors from Umemo University, librarians and staff representatives of Maraden College in Westeros.
