Work-study program is a brand education project funded by our school. Xiamen University Library also insists on solving problems and educating people, strives to build a trinity funding model of "diversified funding, refined management and all-round education", always closely combines "funding work" with "educating people to become talents", and highlights the theme education of "inspirational, honest, grateful and responsible". On this basis, combined with the actual situation, the library adheres to the purpose of "based on campus and serving the society" and has set up the following work-study positions, namely, front desk student assistant, bookshelf student assistant and periodical sorting student assistant.

The library work-study program is managed by Xiamen University Readers Association.
