The College is located at No.300 Xueyuan East Road, Xixia District, Yinchuan City. The whole campus covers an area of more than 300 mu, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters. The teaching area, sports area and living area have reasonable layout and complete functions. Is a modern, garden-style higher vocational and technical college.

The college has civil engineering department, management engineering department, environmental engineering department, material engineering department, electromechanical information engineering department, basic department and national vocational skill appraisal institute of machinery construction industry. There are more than 20 majors with the national key demonstration specialty-building engineering technology (formerly industrial and civil architecture specialty) and the autonomous region key demonstration specialty-building economic management and building decoration engineering technology as the backbone. The college also undertakes the task of job training and continuing education in the construction industry.
