What permanent harm will childbirth cause to women's bodies?
Giving birth to a child is medically called a natural birth. Normal delivery does little harm to women's health. Multiple deliveries may cause pelvic floor muscle relaxation, uterine prolapse, vaginal relaxation, pelvic widening and other injuries.

1. Relax the pelvic floor muscles.

Normal delivery once or twice will generally not cause too much harm to women's health, but also reduce the risk of malignant tumor diseases such as endometrial cancer and breast cancer. However, the burden of pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy is aggravated, and the pelvic floor muscles will become slack after delivery. After multiple deliveries, the relaxation of pelvic floor muscles can not be recovered, and urine leakage and enuresis often occur.

2. Uterine prolapse

After pregnancy, the uterus bears too much weight, which will make the uterus move down. If you are pregnant for many times and the uterus can't recover after moving down, it will lead to uterine prolapse and a feeling of falling in the lower abdomen, vagina and perineum. When uterine prolapse is serious and cannot return, it will rub against underwear, resulting in ulcers and infections.

3. Vaginal relaxation

When the fetus gives birth through the birth canal, it will expand the vagina, break and contract the elastic fibers of the vaginal wall, and lead to vaginal relaxation. Generally, multiple deliveries, or the labor process is too long, the fetus is too large, and the possibility of vaginal relaxation will be greater, which will affect the quality of sexual life and show urinary incontinence.

4. Widening pelvis

After pregnancy, with the increase of the fetus, the pelvis will gradually widen and the figure will be out of shape. After the pelvis is widened, the support for the viscera will be reduced, which will affect the normal operation of the viscera.
