Brief introduction of John F. Kennedy library
In memory of the late American President John F. Kennedy, people decided to build a permanent building in Boston Harbor-the John F. Kennedy Library. This library, which was built in 15 and completed in 1979, caused a sensation in the American architectural world with its novel design, bold modeling and superb technology, and was recognized as one of the best masterpieces in American architectural history. The American architectural community declared 1979 as the year of I.M. Pei, and awarded him the gold medal of the American Architectural Society that year.
