He is currently the principal, a member of Guangzhou Municipal Political Consultative Conference, a director of East Asia China Branch of the International Society for Education for the Visually Impaired, a deputy director of the National Committee for the Education of the Blind, a deputy director of the Guangdong Special Education Committee, a director of the Special Education Committee of Guangzhou Education Association, and a national advanced individual in special education.

At present, he is the secretary of the school party branch, vice president and chairman of the trade union. He has been engaged in special education for more than 30 years and is an outstanding educator in party member and Guangzhou.
