Chongqing City University of Science and Technology is a full-time private undergraduate college. Founded in 2005, formerly known as City College of Science and Technology of Chongqing University. In June 2020, the Ministry of Education approved the transfer to Chongqing City University of Science and Technology. The school has two campuses, located in Yongchuan District and Banan District of Chongqing, with a total area of 1977 mu.
