How to insert a page in WORD?
It is completed by the following three steps:

Step 1: section (divide the document into two sections)

Position the cursor at the end of the table of contents, and insert → separator → section break type: next page → press the Delete key to delete a blank page (line).

Step 2: Break the footer link between the two parts.

Position the cursor on the 1 page of the text after the table of contents, and view → header and footer → switch the cursor to the footer area; Click Link to Previous on the toolbar, and then close the header and footer toolbars.

Step 3: Insert the page number

Position the cursor on the table of contents page, and insert → page number → format → number format: select the required Roman numerals → start page page number: 1 → OK.

Position the cursor on page 1 of the text after the table of contents, and insert → page number → format → starting page number: 1 → OK.
