Organizational Structure of Liaocheng University Library
The library has six departments: document resources construction department, book circulation department, reading department, consulting service department, technical service department, comprehensive management department, office, teaching material supply center and east campus branch. The document resources construction department is located in the south side of the annex building and the east side of the first floor. There are interview room, library, book cataloging room and newspaper cataloging room. The main work of the Ministry of Literature Resources Construction: according to the discipline construction and development of the school, collect all kinds of literature resources and establish a scientific, reasonable and distinctive collection system; Responsible for organizing, processing and sorting out the documents and materials entering the library, making them orderly and establishing a scientific catalogue system. The branch library of Liaocheng University is located on the first and second floors on the west side of the office building in the east campus of Liaocheng University. There are offices, catalog halls, stacks, back issue reading rooms, current issue reading rooms and bound newspaper reading rooms, with 160 reading seats. The main task is to be responsible for the literature service of teaching and scientific research in various colleges in the East Campus, and under the leadership of the school library, to carry out the literature information service of books, periodicals, newspapers, networks and other carriers.

There are 75 full-time staff in the library, including 2 doctors, 2 masters 1 1 person, 8 senior titles1person, and 28 intermediate titles. 88% of them have college education or above. In addition, 9 contract workers and temporary workers are employed 1 1 person. Librarians have a reasonable distribution of disciplines and a solid foundation of related majors. All the staff are developing in the direction of high education, high quality and high level specialization.

In recent years, libraries have actively carried out system reform, strengthened system construction and improved management measures. The personnel system and management system have been reformed twice, and the management system of setting posts according to needs, equal competition, preferential appointment, two-way selection, strict assessment and contract management has been realized, and the reward mechanism of emphasizing performance and contribution has been implemented.
