Article 65 of the Labor Contract Law stipulates that the dispatched workers may terminate the labor contract with the labor dispatch unit in accordance with the provisions of Articles 36 and 38 of this law.
If the dispatched worker falls under any of the circumstances specified in Item 1, Item 2 of Article 39 and Article 40 of this Law, the employing unit may return the worker to the labor dispatch unit, and the labor dispatch unit may terminate the labor contract with the worker in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Law.
After the contract is signed, both the buyer and the seller shall be bound by it, and earnestly perform the obligations stipulated in the contract in line with the principle of "respecting the contract and keeping promises". If one party fails to perform or fails to fully perform its contractual obligations, thus causing damage to the rights of the other party, the injured party may take appropriate measures to obtain compensation. This way of obtaining compensation according to law is called relief in law.
