Opening hours in winter and summer vacation:
All windows (except the education reference room) are from 9: 00 to 12: 00 to 13: 00 to 18: 00 every day.
Non-winter and summer vacation opening hours:
Windows on the first floor: accreditation office, picture kingdom and comprehensive reading room.
Windows on the second floor: Literature Library and Comprehensive Library.
Windows on the fourth floor: electronic reading room, popular science foreign language reading room, personalized manual workshop and preservation reading room.
Monday to Friday:13: 00-18: 00.
Saturday and Sunday: 9: 00-12: 0013: 00-18: 00.
Windows on the third floor: newspaper lending room, audio-visual materials lending room and reading room for the blind.
