Introduction: The Library of Henan Institute of Science and Technology was established at the same time in 1939. With the development of the school, it has developed into a library with rich collection resources and high modernization level. The library is divided into two parts: the east part and the west part. The library building was completed and put into use in 20 12, with an area of 32,000 square meters and 3,242 reading seats. The weekly opening hours are 9 1 hour.
The library now has an office, a circulation department, a reading department, a technical department, a resource construction department, an information consulting department, a reading promotion department and an information literacy education teaching and research section, which are fully responsible for the collection, cataloguing, circulation, reading, development and utilization of literature information resources and information literacy education for readers, and provide all-round literature information services for the school's teaching, scientific research and discipline construction. Up to now, a relatively complete collection system has been formed with agriculture, industry and management as the main body, covering humanities, education, economy, law, art and other disciplines, and virtual collection and physical collection complement each other.
