Yudawei Company said that it found that Beijing Windsor Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Windsor Company) started Windsor Kindergarten in Maanshan from 20 15, and used the words "Windsor" and "Windsor" in publicity materials and documents such as enrollment brochures, teaching books, garden clothes, office supplies, office furniture and wall decoration in the park, infringing on its exclusive right to use trademarks. In addition, Windsor Kindergarten in Maanshan deliberately clings to the plaintiff's goodwill and brand awareness in the process of enrollment promotion, and Windsor Company registered "Windsor" as a corporate name without authorization, which constituted unfair competition. Accordingly, Yudawei filed a trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit with the court.
