What equipment does the British Library have?
Now I am trying to write an article about libraries, computers, printers and scanners in Britain. I feel that the purpose is to provide all convenience for learning. For example, students who have no money to buy computers can borrow computers from schools (not everyone has money, but some students will get scholarships for free, funded by the government). Then, if the library doesn't have reference books needed for study, they can submit application forms, the school will buy them, and there are perfect barrier-free facilities for the disabled. The small room can be reserved for group discussion and practice. . . This is all I can think of at present.
