Brief introduction of scenic spots of Zhongshan Library in Guangzhou;

Guangzhou Zhongshan Library is located in Wende Road. Originally the former site of Gong Xue. It was funded by overseas Chinese living in the United States and donated 250,000 yuan. The project was designed by Ke Architects, started in February 1929, and was completed in October 1933/kloc-0.

The building has compact layout and reasonable functions. The main building is located on the original high ground, and the ends of the four corners are treated in the form of pavilion tops. There are cloisters around, forming a square plane. There is a large-span octagonal reading room in the center. The front hall is the key decorative part, and the dado and the ground are paved with marble. The rooms on both sides are the manager's office, the corridors around the stairs are general reading rooms and open-shelf stacks, the stacks on the second floor of the back seat, the research room and conference room on the front seat of the second floor, the exhibition corridor in Bajiaoge, and the general reading rooms on the left and right corridors.

The exterior is an octagonal pavilion building, which is square as a whole and has a prominent center. The main building is surrounded by Chinese white railings with square steps, set off by red walls and green tiles, and has the style of traditional national forms, which is simple, elegant and colorful. In 2002, the building was designated as the sixth batch of cultural relics protection units in Guangzhou.
