First, the school profile

1. Zhangzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology is a non-profit higher vocational college founded in 2007 by Mr. Li Ruihe, a famous Taiwanese businessman, the world tea king, Rentian Group and Tianfu Group. It is a full-time general vocational college approved by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and registered by the Ministry of Education, with the qualification of independently issuing higher education diplomas. It is the first vocational college in China to recruit foreign students and students from Taiwan Province Province.

The school is a national Spark Plan project, a national tea culture backbone teacher training base, a national high-skilled personnel training base, a national demonstration base for women's entrepreneurship and employment training, a collaborative education unit of the Ministry of Education, a national demonstration base for training new professional farmers, a national quality school for revitalizing rural talents, a demonstration project for ideological and political education courses of the Ministry of Education, a collaborative innovation center for tea application technology in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province, a pioneering park for college students in Fujian Province, and the first batch of pilot schools for industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province.

2. The school is located in Tianfu Cultural Industrial Park, a characteristic town of Pantuo tea culture in Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, adjacent to National Highway 324 (Xiamen-Shenzhen High-speed Railway Zhangpu Station). The school campus covers an area of 1.550 mu, with a building area of 260,000 square meters. It has a comprehensive training laboratory building, a smart business training center, a collaborative innovation center for tea industry, a modern smart library, a smart student restaurant, a standard indoor gymnasium, a tertiary general hospital, a youth football training base, a hot spring swimming pool, a planned primary and secondary school, a kindergarten and other cultural industrial parks. The study and living facilities are complete, the campus is picturesque and the environment is beautiful. It is called "Garden University" and is used for study.
