(1) Personal library card

1. Individuals who want to borrow books and periodicals from the library can apply for a library card.

2. The library card and Xiamen social security card are universal. Xiamen social security card holders should use their social security cards to open the book lending function in our library; People who don't have a social security card in Xiamen can apply for a temporary borrowing card in our library with their ID card, household registration book, military officer's card or soldier's card, my passport and other valid documents.

3. Before applying for a license, readers should receive the "Xiamen Library Reader Registration Form" at the accreditation office and fill in the complete personal information truthfully.

When you apply for a library card, you need to pay a certain amount of deposit. The deposit is divided into seven grades: 50 yuan, 100 yuan, 200 yuan, 300 yuan, 500 yuan, 800 yuan and 1000 yuan. Each library card can borrow books and periodicals equivalent to the deposit. Temporary library cards also need to pay 5 yuan handling fee.

5. The library cards of the main library, the branch library and the automobile library have the same function, and they can be used as one card, borrowed and returned.

6. The new library card will not be returned within one month.

7. If readers need to adjust the deposit order, they can bring their social security card (or temporary borrowing card and original ID card) and deposit receipt to the registration office for deposit increase or decrease.
