The best thing in this world is a proper meeting. Puyang in May is full of flowers; May is really small, green as the sea and full of vitality. On May 9th-12, a group of five people trained by Henan famous teachers set foot in the Imperial Capital of Zhuan Xu, came to the beautiful Puyang Experimental Primary School, entered the teacher's studio of Li Guirong, a famous teacher in Central Plains, and participated in the first phase of intensive training activities in 20021.

? Little Happiness

Everything came at the right time. The first meeting, an experimental primary school with a long cultural heritage, a knowledgeable tutor, Mr. Li Guirong, and a group of fellow travelers of the same size, all of which are full of wonderful encounters and inexplicable touches in my heart, leaving unforgettable memories.

The enthusiastic opening speech by President Xu Xiangrui of experimental primary school is still in my ears. "Go ahead by dreams, go ahead by running ..." Our studio host tutor and vice principal of Puyang Experimental Primary School taught us to "concentrate and sharpen our knives". The words are still ringing in my ears, the big and heavy cultural buildings, the moral education corridor under the grape trellis, the wandering library, the unique water cultural circle hall, the innovative Guinness wall on campus and the unique classroom window books. That lifelike tree painting, wall painting, manhole cover painting ... Little leader, studio member Song Yanju, assistant director Dou, and two young teachers Peng Heyan, they brought us a beautiful observation class ... A voyage about language and growth took place here, and a walk about depth and even transformation was presented here. All you can see is your love and heart.

Teacher Li Guirong's special topic "Pursuing Dreams and Growing with Running Attitude" introduced the rapid growth of studio construction and activities to our trainees and participating teachers. Through the lecture "How to Improve Students' Reading Interest and Ability", she told us how to read and make good use of the unified textbooks, the famous educational sayings she sent at any time and anywhere, and the book "From Reading to Reading-How to Improve Students' Reading Interest and Ability" she gave us, like a lamp to illuminate each other, like a beam of light to bring us closer to each other. And she chatted with us, and in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, discussed and formulated our career growth plan and the specific tasks of the next online training.

From reading to reading.

How to stimulate children's interest in reading, let them read painlessly and develop the habit of reading independently? In her book "From Reading to Reading-How to Improve Students' Reading Interest and Ability", Li Guirong shared the methods and experiences for children to move from reading to reading from three aspects: what books to recommend, how to guide students to read, and what teachers should do in reading.

During the training, I couldn't wait to read this book by Miss Li, which really benefited me a lot. As Miss Li said, "Interest is the best teacher". Only when students are interested can they have a strong thirst for knowledge and take the initiative to learn. If Chinese classroom is to be full of vitality, it is necessary to actively mobilize learning interest, create a good environment for each student, and let them fully display their personality in the classroom. In stimulating students to learn Chinese, I have made the following explorations:

First, create vivid situations to make students happy in middle school

In Chinese classroom teaching, I strive to make students become lively, interested and willing to learn in Chinese learning, thus improving students' Chinese literacy. For example, this semester, we will continue to carry out an interesting Chinese class-"Passion flies and meets the most beautiful classroom". In the classroom, by stimulating children's multi-sensory ability to use hands, mouth and brain, Chinese textbooks are arranged into lively and interesting textbook dramas to awaken children's love for Chinese subjects. I always believe that love is the best teacher! If a child doesn't like this subject, it's hard to believe that he will learn it well. Therefore, by studying the curriculum standards and aiming at the active nature of the first grade children, I developed a set of Chinese courses belonging to our children. Before learning a new lesson, I will preview this lesson in advance. Because junior Chinese is a new textbook, and the teaching books supporting the textbook haven't arrived yet, so I found some teaching plans and teaching material analysis through Baidu library search, and then processed them to integrate into the characteristics of children in our class. We also set up an organizing committee for teaching material drama, which is composed of Fan, Wang, Fan. Rehearse the actions in the textbook for five minutes before class. I will give them timely guidance, perceive the text as a whole, choose paragraphs with strong stories as scripts, and handle them appropriately on this basis. In class, we will read aloud and match actions, and the whole class will study, discuss and revise inappropriate places together. In this course, all the students participate in it, and the children's enthusiasm for participation is also very high.

This kind of faithful teaching material in Chinese classroom is an innovation on the basis of the original text. Improve students' reading ability, encourage students to participate in Chinese teaching, cultivate students' cooperative ability and autonomous learning ability, and establish self-confidence in learning Chinese. I changed my role, not only to teach students, but also to mingle with them, to play the role in the textbook with them, to guide students to learn, discover and organize students to explore together. Such Chinese teaching attaches importance to the guidance of reading aloud. Through collective reading, group reading, cooperative reading between teachers and students, common reading between boys and girls, reading with music, role reading and other forms, students can read the text correctly and fluently in reading practice, and guide them to feel, experience and think, so as to understand the feelings conveyed by the author.

Second, carry out various forms of reading aloud, so that students can learn in their study and think in their study.

Every text in the primary school Chinese textbook is a masterpiece with both literariness and aesthetic feeling. Let students read aloud repeatedly in various forms, such as reading contest, organizing reading club, reading club, writing feedback, etc., so as to explore the wisdom potential of each student and give play to their skills. In addition, I will guide children to read aloud with music, create situations, improve students' reading interest and read aloud with music. Songs with beautiful melody and artistic conception can not only create situations, but also enable students to enter the role as soon as possible and enliven the classroom atmosphere. Pleasing students' mood and improving reading interest are helpful to understand the content of the text.

Third, in addition, I also attach importance to the guidance of extracurricular reading. In the next semester of Grade One, I carried out a book drifting activity in my class. Everyone who donates one book per semester can enjoy the treatment of reading 59 books. By the end of the semester, the children donated a lot of books, not only the original number was returned, but also the children who donated more than three books could get a children's book I bought for them myself. Every semester, I use my own money to buy 200 yuan's children's books to reward those children who love reading. The last class every Wednesday is the second class. I choose extracurricular books donated by children, which are both literary and beautiful, and recommend them to everyone in class to provide them with opportunities to exchange their feelings and achievements in extracurricular reading.

I think a teacher who can make students love Chinese is a good Chinese teacher. The most important thing for students to learn Chinese well is to make them love Chinese. Let students have a strong interest in Chinese, and by trying to like Chinese, they will form a learning habit that accumulates over time and enjoys it.

Professional writing starts with 500 words.

In this training, Miss Li also assigned us the tasks of reading and writing. We are required to write educational narratives and teaching essays in combination with educational and teaching practice. I am deeply touched by this. Writing from 20 17 is unprofessional. At that time, I just wrote a few hundred words casually through the software to record the little things in class management. I didn't want to persist for three years, but I also wrote nearly 400 thousand words. These words are related to personal growth, educational narration, reading comprehension, class record and so on. It has been published on many public platforms, such as New Network Teachers, Xingtan Network Research Society, Xingtan in Sliding State, and Class Teacher in Huaxian County. Through constant reading and writing, I also confirmed my understanding and thinking about education. My persistence in reading and writing has also made me gain a lot. The books I have read and written over the years have also won me some honors related to reading and writing, such as an excellent head teacher in Henan Province, the most educated teacher in hua county and an advanced individual in the hua county Writing Competition. I also won the first prize in the skill contest of the county class teacher and the narrative speech contest of the county teachers. Educational writing is really a watershed from mediocrity to Excellence.

Of course, I learned more from this training. With more understanding, I will practice, experience and explore in the future education and teaching, and truly internalize it into my own income.
