The library of Hunan University of Technology is open to undergraduates (junior college students), postgraduates and teachers, and free to read and borrow. However, if it is overdue, a fine will be charged on a daily basis.

Under normal circumstances, as long as you have a library card, everyone can freely enter the stacks to borrow. But it is generally not open to off-campus personnel.
