Experience of Work-study Program (1) In a blink of an eye, the journey of college life has quietly turned over a page. Looking back at those footprints with different shades, we found that we have experienced a lot. I still remember the tuition and living expenses at the moment when I got the college admission notice. Now I am honored to be a member of the work-study program.
Speaking of the feeling of work-study program, I want to say that work-study program is a social public welfare undertaking, which allows students to do some public affairs within their power and get corresponding remuneration without delaying their normal study. Universities regard work-study program as a way to help poor students, which is to help students in need in disguise. Regarding the influence of work-study salary on life, I have this feeling: Although the monthly work-study salary seems to be very small, it is very important for a really poor classmate. For students who live frugally, this money can meet some living expenses last month. With this money, life will be much easier, and the living conditions that were previously stretched will gradually improve.
I am deeply honored to participate in the school's work-study program. After exercise, I not only made many friends, but also cultivated my hard-working and persistent attitude. I hesitated when I knew what we needed to do and its regulations. I think, I must insist on sweeping twice a day, and I will also make spot checks. I don't know if I can persist every day, but in the end, my reason overcame inertia. Since the school has provided us with such a good opportunity, we should cherish it. As a child from the countryside, hard work is also our strength! In addition, sorting out the information can also exercise yourself one step earlier and how to become an excellent clerk in the future!
I am responsible for cleaning four classrooms, once at noon and once at night. Sometimes I like to sweep the floor directly after class, and then go to eat after sweeping; Sometimes, I like to study quietly in the classroom after sweeping the floor. With the end of some courses, my time has become more and more abundant, but I still insist on sweeping the floor every day. Of course, cleaning the classroom is not just sweeping the floor. Sometimes some students leave after class and forget to turn off the lights, which leads to a waste of resources. Since I am the person in charge of these four classrooms, I will definitely put an end to these things and take it as my responsibility to take care of campus public affairs.
By cleaning the classroom, I know what haste makes waste. We all want to finish the work in the shortest time, which is often easy to trip over. I found that sweeping the floor must not be opportunistic. I originally thought of sweeping casually, sweeping conspicuous garbage and ignoring inconspicuous ones, so as to make a quick decision. However, in the end, I really couldn't stand it, so I cleaned it again and had more time. As a result, I understand that it is better to sweep honestly and steadily at first, but do it early in one go.
Of course, I also know what no pains, no gains. Without hard work, there will be no clean campus. School is our second home, so we should cherish our campus more. Whenever I see the results of my efforts, I also have a deep sense of pride. In the future life, I will definitely work harder and make my greatest contribution to the school with a better and better attitude. I believe that as long as we all work together, step by step, we can work together to create a clean and better campus.
Work-study experience (2) I just entered the second year of college and worked part-time in the back issue department of college library. First of all, I feel honored to have such an opportunity, because I have more opportunities to exercise myself than other students, from which I can learn more knowledge and improve my comprehensive ability. But whether I can do this job well is a challenge for me, because I have never been exposed to such a job.
Perhaps for students who participate in work-study programs, this is an ordinary one among many work-study programs. For work-study programs, many participants are holding the mentality of completing tasks, and some even work mechanically, without passion, and do whatever the teacher says, without enthusiasm. A month later, the happiest day is the day when they get paid. I think this attitude towards work is a failure! I am passionate about this job, because I have been adhering to the motto "Do not do it, do your best" since I was a child! Although the task is not very heavy, it requires me to complete every job with greater patience and care.
I work two afternoons a week, and I have learned a lot during these hours of work every week. Some things can be said to benefit me for life. Over the past six months, I have learned a lot from work-study programs and gained a fuller and deeper understanding of how to become self-reliant and self-reliant. More importantly, this is my first step towards the university hall, and it is also a new starting point towards self-improvement and independent life. I have enough confidence to complete this step!
There are also two senior sisters who participate in work-study programs in the overdue periodicals department of the library. Compared with me, she is my tutor. Because she entered this department earlier than me, she is familiar with the daily work of periodicals. So on the first day I entered the periodical department, I humbly asked her: What are the main tasks we have to complete? How to help teachers finish their work? All the teachers and sisters taught me carefully, which benefited me a lot and helped me adapt to the work of the periodical department as soon as possible. When I first entered this department, I was strange and fresh, full of curiosity. This is a new starting point for me. I cherish it very much and try my best to adapt to this position. I am full of confidence in my future work and believe that I can be competent for this position and become a good helper for teachers.
Through a year of continuous study and practice, as well as the help of teachers and colleagues, I have now fully integrated into this work, and my personal work skills have been significantly improved. Although there are still some shortcomings in my work, on the whole, I have paid a lot this year, but I have also gained a lot. I feel that I have grown up and matured.
Youth life in universities is rich and colorful. I learned how to be a real person, how to read my parents' white hair, how to hold up a sky with my own hands, how to be responsible, how to do things seriously and how to get along with my colleagues. Work-study program has brought spring breeze to my college life, made my life more passionate and motivated, and also cultivated my tenacious ability. It was in the work-study family that I learned a lot about being a man. It was in the embrace of work-study program that I read the freehand brushwork of youth; It is with the help of work-study program that I feel exciting youth!
I have done well in the past year, and I believe I will do better in the future. Facing new tasks and new pressures in the new year, I will meet new challenges with a new look and a more positive attitude, play a greater role in my post and make greater progress.
Work-study program experience (3) I participated in work-study program for one and a half years. Although the job is simple, I am serious, because this is my first paid job. I feel the warmth of the college, and I am poor. At the same time, I am rich, and financial difficulties will not dampen my upward heart. I see self-reliance and self-improvement from my work, and some of them are self-confidence that I have never had before. I dare not confess my poverty because I am afraid of being laughed at by my classmates: I don't want to be understood by my classmates because of my poor vanity; I used to emphasize my so-called self-confidence and strength to others. However, now I understand that I used to be a coward, and now I am the one with healthy mind.
Four years have passed since my university, and I will never regret leaving a youthful footprint there. My previous bitterness and pain have become the memory of the veil. I thank the campus and college for giving me this opportunity, and thank the teachers for their help. In the past, because of the discrimination against poor students in some colleges and universities, I was very worried, fearing that I would become the goal of being a busybody. Now, I can not only work happily, but also frankly admit my shortcomings, and I will never bother myself because of my worries.
The campus work-study program not only helped me solve part of my living expenses, but also helped me find my own position. I used to be impetuous, unable to arrange my study, life and work reasonably, and sometimes some simple things would go wrong. These problems that bothered me before are insignificant at the moment. After four years of college experience and the baptism of college work life, I gradually found myself. I am an ambitious person. I have never been frivolous, but I also want to say to the future, I dare, I can, I can.
Work-study program is my starting point. Not only let me face up to my own human weakness, but also let me correct my mentality. She gave me the courage to solve problems and the determination to face the future. I am very lucky. I am about to leave school and walk on the road of life in the future with a grateful heart and an upward attitude towards life.
Work-study experience (4) Unconsciously, I have been working in the editing room of the library for one year. Looking back on this year, the work-study program, which was originally just to earn some living expenses, actually brought me so much pleasure and satisfaction in the process, which I did not expect. Earning some living expenses to reduce the financial burden at home is the most primitive and fundamental driving force to promote my work-study program. With the gradual deepening of my work-study program, it is not just as simple for me to get some living expenses on the material level. It may give me more precious wealth on the spiritual level!
1. Work-study program made me deeply realize my sense of responsibility as an adult, and also made me get my natural labor remuneration through proper work in my spare time, which not only made me realize my responsibility to my family, but also made me realize that I have the ability to reduce the burden on my parents and enhance my sense of self-reliance. The strengthening of this sense of responsibility and self-improvement may be the biggest gain of my work-study program in the library.
Secondly, in the process of work-study program, it also greatly expanded my contacts and enhanced my ability to integrate into campus life. Through frequent contact with many amiable classmates and respectable teachers (Mr. Zhang and Mr. Song) during the work-study program, I have also learned and become familiar with all aspects of xx to a great extent, and made many good friends, which is conducive to my better integration into xx campus life.
Thirdly, the work-study program has also better exercised my ability to deal with people and communicate with others. I am introverted, because I seldom contact with people, so my communication skills are weak. In the process of work-study program, the cordial guidance of Mr. Zhang and Mr. Song, the mutual help of classmates, and the daily work after work gradually made me adapt to this kind of work style that is almost different from going it alone in my study: being polite to people, being punctual for work, sincere in attitude and generous in words and deeds. This will undoubtedly form a harmonious transition for my future work, and let me gradually accept the way I may face in the future society.
At the same time, my work in the library also satisfies my own "a little selfishness"-"reading widely" In the process of sorting out and sending and receiving books every day, many new books and good books are presented in colorful ways, which dazzles me and enables me to travel freely in the ocean of knowledge, greatly expanding my horizons and improving my humanistic quality.
To sum up, one year's work-study program in the library not only made me gain tangible wealth-reduced the financial burden of my family, but more importantly, I gained huge intangible wealth: not only strengthened my self-reliance and self-improvement, exercised my interpersonal skills, but also allowed me to travel in the spiritual world! Looking at this year's work-study program, I think this intangible wealth may benefit me a lot!
Here I also sincerely thank the good funding policy; Thank you, Mr. X, for being amiable, respectable and meticulous. Thanks to my classmates who helped me, I will live up to expectations and do this work-study program better and better!
Experience of Work-study Program (5) After working in the library for more than a year, I was deeply touched and gained a lot. At first, I joined the library with my love for books and longing for the learning atmosphere of the library, and became a library assistant. Under the careful guidance of the teacher, I quickly became familiar with all the work and integrated into this big family. During my working days in the library, I not only gained work experience, but also gained a lot of friendship. Our job is to keep the library clean and tidy, so that the books returned by readers can be put on shelves in time, and strive to create an elegant learning environment for students. In this process, I understand how important clarity is. When books, newspapers and periodicals are piled up on the desktop in disorder, we need to clear our minds and put the books containing rich knowledge back in their original places. When students ask questions, we need to make correct answers with clear thinking.
Usually, we should have a general understanding of the contents of some books, pay attention to social hot issues, actively recommend good books to readers and find books for people. Give warm and polite answers to readers' questions. In this process, I also greatly broadened my contacts, enhanced my ability to integrate into campus life, and learned how to deal with people. This is an exercise and a sublimation of order.
The teachers in the library gave us a lot of help and care. When I encounter difficulties, the teacher will patiently give me guidance and help me solve them; When there are problems in my life, my teacher will also talk to me, help me ease my heart and give me good advice. Teachers are very supportive of our work and listen to students' suggestions in time. Last semester, some students complained that the library closed too early on Saturday night. After communication, this semester was changed to 10: 30. Teachers often organize some useful activities, such as knowledge retrieval contest, book drifting and so on, to make everyone's life colorful.
Gradually I like this job, and I can't help running after dinner every day. When I saw the happy smiling face and heard the heartfelt "thank you", I felt very satisfied and happy. Sorting books, although very tired, but I work harder and harder, which may be the strength that satisfaction and sense of accomplishment give me! In the library, I learned a lot and made many new friends. I really realized that learning is a happy thing and work is a fulfilling thing. Under the influence of the library and the guidance of the teacher, I am growing step by step. The years of fame are lush, and my love for libraries is endless. Time flies, and youth walks on the shore of books. I sailed in a boat of words and watched the sunrise and sunset. The past is vivid, and we all know that this quiet guardian transcends the strangeness when I first came. In the days to come, I will also spend every day in the library with tacit cooperation.
