Yuzhong County No.1 Middle School was founded in 1943, formerly known as Yuzhong County Junior Middle School. 1956 became a complete middle school and changed its name to "Yuzhong Middle School", and 1958 changed its name. 1995 was identified as a county-level key middle school by Yuzhong county party Committee and county government, and 1999 was changed into an independent high school.
