Clean up the garbage with 360

Open Learning and Thinking Online School and select the video you want to download.

Click Play, then click Pause. Wait until the gray bar in the play bar is full. (Don't change the network cable in the middle)

Address bar c: \ documents and settings \ your user name \ local settings \ temporary internet files, and then press enter.

(the user name is generally Administrator, that is, c: \ documents and settings \ administrator \ local settings \ temporary internet files).

If you don't know the user name, you can press the start button to view it.

Right-click the blank space, click the arrangement icon, click the size, and find the largest video file at the bottom.

Copy it and download it
