Checking copies of research reports is one of the requirements put forward by the project organizers. If the re-inspection is unqualified, the research report will not pass the review. Therefore, the person in charge of the project should ensure that the duplicate checking rate of the project research report reaches the standard. The organizer of the project will generally designate an organization to check the duplicate. Whether it is the auditor or the person in charge, the designated organization will issue a duplicate check report, which will be recognized by the organizer.
Different project sponsors have different accredited duplicate checking institutions. Before rechecking the research report, the person in charge should first confirm who is the designated institution recognized by the organizer of this topic, and make a rechecking inquiry. If the duplicate checking rate is within the specified standard, the corresponding duplicate checking report can be issued. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall be revised and improved in time until the duplicate check is qualified.
Some projects have no designated institutions, and they can be checked in qualified university libraries, science and technology information centers, and research institutes affiliated to the project contracting parties. Or communicate with the scientific research department to find out which duplicate checking results are recognized by relevant units, such as China Knowledge Network and the duplicate checking system for doctoral dissertations, so as to determine where to check.
In addition, the research report should be written according to the actual situation of the research, what are the aspects of the structure and what is the format of the research report. Moreover, the main pen should be understood in advance, quoted reasonably in the writing process, and not copied, so as to avoid the high duplicate checking rate of the research report, and the simple revision can not meet the standard, which will affect the conclusion of the project.
